<p>1377027 Nucleotide MILES LABORATORIES Inc 5 Dec 1972 [27 Dec 1971] 56100/72 Heading C2P [Also in Division C3] The invention comprises 2<SP>1</SP>-fluoro-2<SP>1</SP>-deoxyuridine 5<SP>1</SP>-diphosphate and its preparation from 2<SP>1</SP>-fluoro-2<SP>1</SP>-deoxyuridine by conversion with POCl 3 into the 5<SP>1</SP>-monophosphate which is converted by reaction with a primary or secondary amine in the presence of a carbodiimide into a 5<SP>1</SP>-phosphoramidate which is converted into the desired product by reaction with a mono-(trialkylammonium) orthophosphate. The aforesaid amine may be a dialkylamine, pyrrolidine, piperidine or morpholine.</p> |
