1446457 Electromagnetic brakes FRANKE & HEIDECKE GmbH 25 Oct 1973 [28 Oct 1972 24 Nov 1972] 49851/73 Heading F2E [Also in Division G2] In a camera (see Division G2) a cam 58 moves to adjust the diaphragm aperture until the correct value is reached, whereupon an electromagnet 65 is energised to halt an armature disc 63 non-rotatably and non-slidably mounted on a common shaft 66 with a pinion 62. Halting disc 63 thus halts pinion 62 and cam 58. Optionally, shaft 66 is flexible so that disc 63 can actually contact electromagnet 65. In Fig. 2 (not shown) disc 63 is again non-rotatably mounted on shaft 66 but is axially movable into engagement with electromagnet 65 to halt pinion 62. |
