PURPOSE:NG-substituted-N<2>-cumarinsolfonylalginamides of formula I [X and Y are H, protective group for guanidine (in which at least one of them is the protective group); R is radical of formula -NR1 R2 (R1, R2, are H, alkyl, aralkyl, alkoxy, etc.) or radical of formula II (Z is - CH2 -,-CHR3 -,-O -, - NR4 -; R3 is alkyl, acyl; R4 is alkyl); R<1> is H, alkyl] or acid addition salts thereof, for example, 4-ethyl-1-[NG-nitro-N<2>-(6-cumarinsulfonyl)-L-alginyl] piperazine.
