PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential transmission circuit that differentially transmits respective signals divided into a plurality of systems even when terminal arrangements on reception sides are different from each other, image device, image reading device, and image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A differential transmission circuit comprises: a plurality of serializers that synchronize a plurality of signal groups to be a plurality of parallel signals with a synchronization signal to convert respectively into serial signals; a plurality of differential output parts that convert the serial signals converted by the plurality of serializers respectively into pairs of differential signals and output the converted signals; and a selection part that is provided in the preceding stage of the plurality of serializers and selects to switch between combinations of the plurality of respective serializers and the plurality of respective signal groups according to settings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
