PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reflection graphene having a low total ray reflectance in a wavelength region from 200 nm up to 2000 nm, which covers a visible light region and an infrared region, and an optical member using the graphene.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a low reflection graphene that shows a total ray reflectance of 1.5% or less in a wavelength range from 200 nm to 2000 nm. The low reflectance graphene includes a first graphene layer having a surface substantially parallel to a first direction, and a second graphene layer connected to the first graphene layer and oriented in a second direction intersecting the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
