<p>A wash is sucked into a mold formed of two half shell moulds the lower one of which is surrounded by a sealed chamber which can be connected to a vacuum. The quantity of wash admitted to the mould is precalculated and the admission halted before the mould is full up. The deposit formed after the dispersing medium is sucked away and the solid dried lines one wall. A second wash is then admitted to forma second both shells are enclosed in sealed chambers so that the first deposit is formed over both walls and the second deposit is placed in the centre.</p> |
