PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button type battery which enables miniaturization of electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A button type battery 1 in which a metal case 10 comprising an assembly of a positive electrode can 11 and a negative electrode can 12 serves as an outer shell includes a power reception coil 20, a power converter 40, a power storage unit 30, and ECU60 as a controller. The power reception coil 20 generates AC power by receiving electric power supplied from a power supply device in a non-contact manner. The power converter 40 converts the AC power generated by the power reception coil 20 to DC power. The power storage unit 30 performs charging based on the DC power generated by the power converter 40, and performs discharging to provide the potential difference between the positive electrode can 11 and the negative electrode can 12. ECU60 performs charging control of the power storage unit 30. The power reception coil 20, the power converter 40, the power storage unit 30 and ECU60 are housed in the metal case 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
