<p>PURPOSE:After sintering a ZnO-series moulded article including Al, a coat of Pb and Mn including substance is applied on the surfcce of the moulded article and after roasting, an electrode is formed and thus, a symmetrical type voltage nonlinear reistor of high voltage non-linear charcteristic is manufactured.</p> |
