Welding jig using four synchronised burners - for simultaneous welding of tubes to mfr. assemblies e.g. ladders or radiators

Parent patent describes a welding head using a gaseous flux and synchronised movements for the simultaneous welding of both ends of a tube (I) with an axis (A) to two other tubes (II), (III) with axes located at 90 degrees to axis (A). In this addn., the welding head has two pairs of burners, each pair being rotated round axis (A); and one pair is used to weld each end of tube (I) to tubes (II, III). Used in the prodn. of assemblies such as heating radiators or ladders. The four burners permit the simultaneous prodn. of two welded seams, e.g. to join a tubular rung to two long tubes in mfg. ladders; and the rate of prodn. is increased.
