1494109 H 2 O 2 adducts with amines and amine oxides HOECHST AG 30 Dec 1974 [29 Dec 1973] 56054/74 Heading C2C [Also in Divisions A5 C5 and D1] Hydrogen peroxide and tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide are reacted together to produce an addition product of the two starting materials. Addition products of hydrogen peroxide with dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide and stearyl amine oxide decyl polyglycol ether (having a total of 10 EO groups) are similarly prepared. The products in admixture with a peroxide activator, are used in detergent bleaching compositions to bleach textiles and in compositions to bleach wax or disinfect fat, oil hydrocarbons, metal, hide, skin or hair. |
