The bending arrangement has a horizontal worktable (10) with a rim (10a) along its front edge and a swinging table (2) which pivots about an axis which coincides with the centrelines of the rim on the table. Side flanges (11) are welded to the ends of the work table. A clamp (3) which is made from angle iron has two arms (33, 33') which are swing about a pivot (34) in the side flanges. The clamp is brought in engagement with sheet metal on the work table. Two hooks on the clamp are brought into engagement with two eyes by a central lever (30), so that the clamp is forced against the sheet metal. The swinging table (2) can be pivoted round against the sheet metal by a lever (20) which is attached to it. |
