A fastened structure comprising: a first member provided with a female screw portion; a second member provided with an opening; a male screw fastening said first member and said second member with each other and including a male screw portion, and a head portion having a bearing surface, wherein the male screw portion is threaded in the female screw portion of said first member through the opening of said second member; and a substantially circular folded portion formed by folding back the second member in the direction toward the bearing surface and including a curved surface defining the opening and a free end having a first edge that is formed on a first surface of said second member, said first edge biting into the bearing surface of said male screw, and a second edge that is formed on a second surface of said second member opposite from the first surface, said second edge not biting into the bearing surface of said male screw, wherein the free end is folded back toward an outside of said male screw portion with respect to a radial direction so that a contact angle formed between said first surface and the bearing surface is an acute angle.
