The apertures in sheet 5 are smaller than those in pad 4 and are disposed in an area smaller than the area of the pad, except where the sides of the pad have relieved portions 14, 15 for comfortable fitting between a child's legs. The facing sheet is fixed to the backing sheet by adhesive, or welding in the case of plastics material sheets, through the apertures 16, the pad thus being held in position. |
