PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator with a metal film which is excellent in high frequency characteristics, is also excellent in heat resistance, and has a high adhesive strength between the insulator and a metal film.SOLUTION: There are provided an insulator which is a resin composition containing (A) a resin and (B) a styrenic block copolymer to which unsaturated double bonds of a main chain in the molecule are hydrogenated and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 150°C or higher; an insulator with a metal film having a metal film on at least one surface of the insulator; and an insulator with a metal film having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 180°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
