As shown, the control lines extend through respective slots 8, 9 in a metal plate 1 and their internal ends are pressed against the element by means of a spring 17. Alternatively, Figs. 2, 3 (not shown), the control lines are arranged one above the other in a common slot and their semi-conductor element contacting ends are in the form of concentric springs.</p> |
