PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softener composition that is excellent in storage stability, that can suppress the precipitation of solids even when exposed to sun light under the condition of being packed in a bag-shaped container, and that can maintain viscosity suitable for use even when subjected to vibration.SOLUTION: A liquid softener composition, containing (A) a particular tertiary amine compound or acid salt or quarternary thereof, (B) a particular quaternary ammonium salt having one hydrocarbon group of 8 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, (C) particular polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, (D) an inorganic salt, and water, and having a pH at 30°C of 2.5 or more and 4.0 or less. |
