Screw feeds 17 are driven via belts 15 and carry the followers 18 each having one end of a band 29 attached, the other end being wound round a capstan (31), Fig. 3 (not shown). The bands 29 have apertures (32), Fig. 2 (not shown), for detection by photosensors (34), Fig. 3, to monitor the position of levers 20 so that zeroing between settings is not required. |
