The present invention provides certain novel omega -(alkoxycarbonyl)alkyl esters of dithiocarbanilic acid and certain aryl-substituted acids related thereto. These compounds are disclosed as immunoregulatory agents, useful in the treatment of organ transplant reject phenomena and autoimmune diseases such as arthritis.
