The rotor stepwise movement is produced by an arresting device. The rotor carries springy bridge contacts on one side at least. These contacts slide on a fixed printed circuit board. AT least one operating element is provided. At least one operating slide (21, 22) is provided in the case (12) holding the rotor (13). It engages the rotor (13) periphery. The slide (21, 22) has at least one oblique guiding element (64, 66) running approximately tangentially to the direction of rotation.
