PURPOSE:To turn on and off the oscillation with a reduced amount of the driving power by utilizing the resistance change of the PIN diode and controlling the current to be supplied to the diode. CONSTITUTION:PIN diode 21 is inserted into cavity 1, and the resistance change of diode 21 is utilized to control the current supplied to the diode. As a result, the oscillation can be turned on and off with a reduced amount of the driving power. |
