摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which suppress the coming-off of a fork from a sleeve groove even if an excessive load is acted on the fork, and reduces a wear of a claw portion of the fork.SOLUTION: A transmission operating device is equipped with: a hub which integrally rotates with a rotary shaft, and has a spline on an outer peripheral surface; a transmission gear which is adjacent to the hub, is supported by the rotary shaft so as to relatively rotate, and has an outer tooth spline on the outer peripheral surface; a sleeve which moves in an axial direction, has an inner tooth spline slidably engaged with at least either one of the spline or the outer tooth spline on an inner peripheral surface, and has a sleeve groove on an outer peripheral surface; a shift fork F which has a claw portion F1 moving the sleeve in the axial direction; and an annular plate 10 which is installed to the sleeve groove so as to relatively rotate, and has an engaging portion 11 engaged with the claw portion F1 of the shift fork F.
