PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black liquid developer that has good storage stability, sufficient image density, and excellent dot reproducibility and dot shape, and provides an excellent image without a fogging phenomenon; and provide a printed matter obtained by using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a black liquid developer containing a binder resin (A), colorant (B), polymeric dispersant (C), and carrier liquid (D), where: the colorant (B) has an acidic group; toner particles (E) containing the binder resin (A) and colorant (B) have a dielectric constant of 6 or less; a liquid portion after solid-liquid separation has an electrical resistance of 1×10Ωcm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
