PURPOSE:To support a vibrator tightly with adhesion area made small by holding the vibrator by magnetic adsorption force of two magnets used as supports at both surfaces of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The vibrator composed of main crystal vibrator body 21, electrode 22 and support line 23 has two magnets 24 made in contact with both surfaces of electrode 22, and by the magnetic force of both the magnets, main vibrator body 21 is supported. Shaping the surface of the magnet touching electrode 22, for example, into a spherical surface reduces the contact area extremely. Further, using a ferromagnetic material as a magnet material makes the tight support possible. In this supporting method, the adhesion area can be reduce extremely. It is also recommended to fix this vibrator to metal package 35 adsorbing magnet 34 to metal package 35. At this time, insulator 36 is inserted between magnet 34 and support line 33 for electric insulation. One surface of magnet is adsorbed to support line 33 and the vibrator is supported by adsorption force of both magnets 34. |
