A protection cct. which could be used in a OCL amplifier, had the 1st series cct. (A), the 2nd series cct. (B) and the 3rd series cct. (C). A condenser (7) connected between a point Qa and Qb, functioned as a current detector at the output stage of the amplifier, so that the switching transistor was operated by the voltage difference across the condenser, the relay(22) was operated by a switching transistor, and the load and/or the amplifier was protected.
