PURPOSE:To obtain simple and strong sealing by placing expansion oriented plastic film over a container and heating the peripheral part of the film, which is protruding out of the container lug, by utilizing resing heated air current or radiant heat. CONSTITUTION:Film to be used is made of 1,2-polybutadiene or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. This film is placed over container 3 and lowered by the up and down moving equipment of container base 2. When base 2 is lowered a little, upper opening and closing plate 6 interlocked with it will be brought down and there is a gap created between upper shut-off plate 7 and upper opening and closing plate 6 and hot air current 8 rises along the outer wall of container base 2 and container 3, and peripheral part of film 4, which is protruding out of the lug of the container, will be heated and sticking and shrinking will occur at the lug. Then this package will be cooled and removed out. |
