PURPOSE:The title mold designed to mold a continuous material into an article of accurate thickness free from weld lines, comprising a mandrel supported by spider attachments at the head of the cylindrical die with a slight deviation of clearance between the mandrel and die. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin is injected into the annular clearance between the cylindrical die a and the mandrel b, and cut by the blades 4 in the long direction to give a continuous material, e.g. eaves trough. The mandrel b is supported by the spider attachments 7 formed around the spider 6 and fixed to the cylindrical die a. The blades 4 are provided at the positions corresponding to the spider feets 3. |
