<p>PURPOSE:To enable the dynamic change of data to be directly observed by outputting the periods and phase differences of the data after converting these to analog voltages. CONSTITUTION:In the case of observing the period fluctuations of data, a switch 6 is changed over to the contact a side. The pulses applied to input terminal 1 are divided down by a 1/2 diving circuit 3 and are then supplied to a gate circuit 7 and a control circuit 11. Reference pulses are sent to a counter 8 and are counted at each one period of the pulses from the 1/2 dividing circuit 3. The analog voltage proportional to one period of the date applied to the input terminal 1 is outputted form a DA converter 10. In the case of observing the phase differences of the two data, the switch 6 is changed over, then a flip-flop 5 creates the pulses of the pulse width adding the delay quantity of a delay circuit 4 to the phase difference between the data of the input terminals 1 and 2. The analog voltage corresponding to the phase differences of both data is then outputted from the DA converter 10.</p> |
