PURPOSE:To make broader the field of application to the modulator which simultaneously delivers analog and digital information, by detecting the digital and analog information correctly in separation through the removal of the waveform distortion in the delivery line automatically. CONSTITUTION:In the method simultaneously delivering digital and analog information through the use of the radiation mapping method extending the orthogonal amplitude modulation which amplitude-modulates two carriers of sinusoidal and cosine waves at the same time, the delay elements 3 to 6 inputting the two base band signals with two axis synchronous detection from the terminals 1 and 2 are provided and the two dimension bridge type variable attenuators 13 to 15 inputting the output of the elements 3 to 6 are provided. Further, the output of the attenuators 13 to 15 is added to the adders 16 and 21, the sum of the real and imaginary part of the output of the attenuators 13 to 15 is obtained. The output is fed to the estimation unit 27 estimating the digital data to discriminate the polarity. The result of discrimination and the output of the adders 16, 21 are added to the tap gain correction circuit 23, and the output of the circuit 23 is fed to the attenuators 13 to 15 respectively. |
