PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through-anus drain device enabled to discharge intestinal gases or watery feces smoothly to the outside of a body by enabling the discharge of the intestinal gases or watery faces separately, thereby to reduce the burden on the patient.SOLUTION: A through-anus drain device comprises a passage member 2 having a first passage part 5 and a second passage part 6 to be inserted into an anus for communicating the inside and the outside of an intestine. The passage member 2 is formed, on the anal side of at least the intestine insertion portion, with a first through hole 8a communicating with the first passage part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
