PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: if a communication terminal 10 and a communication terminal 70, such as a video conference terminal, have a plurality of communication applications A1, A2 and A3 with different communication protocols, in order to communicate with an opposite party, a party has to input or select a terminal ID, an IP address, an email address, or the like as terminal identification information to identify a communication terminal at the opposite party into/for a communication terminal at its party side due to the difference of communication protocols; therefore, it takes time to start communication.SOLUTION: A communication terminal 10 can start a particular communication application among a plurality of communication applications A1, A2 and A3 on the basis of terminal identification information, such as a terminal ID, on a communication terminal 70. This allows the same communication application capable of communication to be automatically started even if the communication terminal 10 and the communication terminal 70 have the plurality of applications A1, A2 and A3 with different communication protocols, and thereby can shorten time until when communication between the communication terminals 10 and 70 is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
