<p>PURPOSE:To improve mechanical and electrical properties of an insulator by embedding into it an electrode which is capable of electrically induced outwardly and also by providing it with a shield member which is formed as a continuous piece by No. 1 insulator formed with No. 1 resin and No. 2 insulator formed with No. 2 resin. CONSTITUTION:This, consisting principally of glass fiber reinforced plastic, is provided with a spherical projection 33 on its interior circumferential section; electrodes 35 and 36 which are connected with each other with an electrically conductive member 34 are embedded into inside and outside of this in such a manner as to form a continuous structure; the projection 33 is covered with metallic concrete of form a flange section 31; thus formed flange section is placed in an insulation spacer 3 forming metallic mold and then epoxy resin is poured into the mold; by doing these, an insulation spacer 3 provided with a flange 31 and a conical section 32 as a continuous structure is to be formed. By using this processing method, the flange 31 and the conical section 32 become able to satisfy their respective mechanical and electrical properties, and their joining section is to become a joint of a glass fiber reinforced plastic product and an epoxy resin, and therefore, mechanical strength of the joint can be satisfactorily maintained.</p> |
