摘要 PURPOSE:To form effectively proper oxide film on steel strip by shielding the flow of gas by providing a heat-resistant blush intersecting in the running direction of steel strip on the upper flow side of the one-side oxidation device for reducing furnace in one-sided high-speed plating line. CONSTITUTION:The steel strip 2 activated in the reducing furnace 1 is run continuously through the one-side oxidation device 3, whereupon a reductive atmosphere flows with the steel strip 2 into the oxidation device 3, lowering the one-side oxidation efficiency, or part of oxidative gas left behind without being consumed in the oxidation device 3 goes to the reducing furnace 1 side by diffusional action, polluting the reductive atmosphere. Thus, the shielder 4 such as a soft, flexible, and heat-resistant stainless steel blush, etc., is attached between the furnace 1 and the device 3 at right angle to the running direction of strip at intervals of several mm on and below the steel strip. Thus, the pollution of the atmosphere between the furnace 1 and the device 3 can be prevented, and therefore one-sided oxidation can be effectively performed and good one-sided hot glavanized steel plate can be obtained.
