<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the product raw cost decreasing the cost of equipment and running cost, by passing LNG through the intercooler and aftercooler of pressure device giving pressure to the raw air removed moisture and carbonic acid gas. CONSTITUTION:Raw air compressed at about 0.6Kg/cm<2> G by the raw air blower A, is divided in two flows after removing moisture and CO2 gas in the adsorption tower B. One flow of the air is cooled in the heat exchanger C and is introduced to the suction side of the compressor F. The other flow is cooled by the fore-placed LNG cooler H and is introduced to the compressor F. On occasion of compressing by the compressor F, the air is cooled by LNG at the intercooler (1C)1 and aftercooler (AC)J. Compressed air is divided in two flows and one flow is cooled by the heat exchanger C and is blown into the rectifying tower D. The other flow is compressed by the compressor G and is cooled by ICK and then, is liquefied by ACL. Liquefied air is supercooled by the exchanger C and is rectified by the tower D. Product liquid nitrogen is taken out from the duct 26 and product liquid oxygen is taken out from the duct 30.</p> |
