PURPOSE:The title mold designed to mold good articles stably without causing discoloration or coloration due to the gate staining or clogging, comprising a high- temperature part of specific structure at the side of an intermediate plate. CONSTITUTION:A resin is injected from the gate 1 through the opening 8 into the cavity 3, and the mold is opened. The high-temperature member 10 is pressed to the side of the hot block 2 with the spring 13 away from the gate 1. The heat from the member 10 heated above the melting or the softening point of the resin is transferred to the gate 1 prevents the temperature drop near the gate 1. Through cooling of the cavity 3 in the cooling step improves the quality of the molded articles without fear of the resin clogging near the gate 1. The contact surfaces 12 of the member 10 are out of contact and will not stain the gate 1, thus causing no deterioration of guality of molded articles. |
