<p>In the lowering device a fork- shaped arm 1 is pivotable to lower the cassette to its operative position against the action of a lift mechanism 19, 20 which urges the cassette upwardly. The device includes a drive lever 10 hinged to a frame 9 at its central zone around a pin 11 normal to the plane of the cassette when inserted. The drive lever 10 has a first end with a notch 12 in which a pin 13 fixed to the upper part of the fork- shaped arm 1 engages.
