<p>Cleaning cloth for use on solid surfaces e.g. windows or mmetal objects, is suitable for wet-treating followed by drying. Cloth is a 3-ply laminate composed of a foam ply (that may be adapted to take up a cleansing agent); a water-impermeable insulating intermediate ply; and an absorbent non-woven fabric ply. Polyurethane film is a suitable intermediate ply. The non-woven ply pref. consists of a viscose fleece. The foam ply is pref. 203 mm. thick and the fleece is pref. =0.1 mm. thick.</p>
