发明名称 ADHESION METHOD OF FOIL FOR AIR BEARING
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To cause a foil for air bearing to adhere onto the tape wound core cylinder surface cheeply in simple method and equipment by making the tape wound core cylinder surface of an uneven face such as aventurine lacquer by the mechanical bump of macadam particles in the rotary head-system magnetic tape device. CONSTITUTION:Macadam particles 11 such as native Al2O3 supplied from arrow 10 are jetted into a mist from nozzle 9 in a high speed by the compressed air supplied from arrow 12 and bump mechanically cylindrical surface of the tape wound core cylinder and make surface 5 of an uneven face such as aventurine lacquer. Bumped particles 11 are not stuck and left on surface 5 but are stored in macadam particle collection box 13 to be sent to nozzle 9 circularly. Next, surface 5 is washed simply and is caused to adhere to a static pressure-type air bearing foil, which has the adhesion face subjected to the forming processing, by an epoxysystem adhesive. Thus, it is unnecessary to coat surface 5 with alien materials, and the change of the outside diameter is not generated.</p>
