PURPOSE:To prepare the title refuse having improved water absorption and retention with a sufficient sterilizing effect even under dry conditions and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide (HP), by adding HP as a germicide under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:0.05-2% of hydrogen peroxide is added to a residuum obtained by extracting defatted soybeans with an aqueous solvent immediately after the separation, and heated to 80 deg.C or above (within 60 minutes), and dried at a temperature of 120 deg.C or below throughout the total step to give the desired refuse. |
