PURPOSE:To estimate AFP correctly by electrolytic method, by using enzyme mark AFP (alpha-fat protein) and using the enzyme detection electrode with fixed antibody AFP film. CONSTITUTION:At the external surface of the enzyme transmission film 2 consisting teflon and polyethyrene, the fixed antibody AFP film 3 fixed in macromolecular matrix (e.g., cellulose derivative) for the antibody AFP is bonded; the enzyme detection electrode 1 is used. The electrode 1 is immersed in the inspected solution 7 adding a given amount of enzyme mark AFP in the vessel 6, and after the reaction of antigen antibody on the fixed antibody AFP film 3, the film 3 is cleaned with physiological salt water to remove free AFP. Further, the electrode 1 is immersed in the hydrogen peroxide solution 9 in the vessel 8, and the amount of enzyme produced with the enzyme operation of enzyme mark AFP bonded on the surface of the film 3 is electrolytically measured at the electrode 1, and by comparing it with the amount estimation line made in advance through the use of standard AFP and the enzyme mark AFP, the amount of AFP in the inspected liquid can be known. |
