<p>PURPOSE:To control stably a motor rotating even at an ultralow speed, by providing a motor driving part with a counter electromotive voltage or current feedback control system. CONSTITUTION:Motor driving part 18 of the counter electromotive voltage feedback control system consists of input terminal for reference voltage Ei, operational amplifier 21, motor 6, and resistances R0, R1 and R2 constituting a bridge circuit. Trafer function (s) of a motor itself is expressed by formula I. Therefore, when the gain of operation amplifier can be considered to be extremely large and nearly infinite, gain 1/K of motor input-output response is unchangeable in comparison with the motor itself, and the time constant lessens to the contrary. In this way, motor even when rotating at an extremely-low speed can stably be controlled and its response can be improved, so that stable control can be attained.</p> |
