PURPOSE:To let a vinyl chloride sheet adhere to steel material at low temperature by heating under pressure a vinyl cholride sheet having a thermoplastic acryl resin layer on its adherent surface and the steel material having an adhesives layer on its adherent surface. CONSTITUTION:In the adherence of a vinyl chloride sheet to steel material a thermoplastic acryl resin layer on the adherent surface of the vinyl chloride sheet and an adhesives layer on the adherent surface of the steel material are provided and heated under pressure. As the thermoplastic acryl resin coating material used in order to prepare the thermoplastic acryl resin layer, it is preferred to use thermoplastic acryl resin coating material containing greater than 70% by weight of methyl methacrylate in case that adhesion, durability, etc. are considered. For the above-mentioned adhesive are preferably used those which contain more than 60% by weight of thermoplastic acryl resin. |
