<p>PURPOSE:To allow the adhered can to maintain a stable adhesion strength even after high temperature treatment, by spreading aqueous solution of acrylic acid polymer or copolymer and dicarboxylic acid, etc., on the surface of steel plate made of metal Cr layer being treated with chromate thereon, and heating and drying. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate plated with metal Cr and treated with chromate and rinsed in water is coated with an aqueous solution for treatment, containing a first component consisting of polymer of acrylic acid or metacrylic acid, or copolymer of such with other monomer by about 0.03-3.0g/l, and a second component consisting of at least one kind of dicarboxylic acid, oxydicarboxylic acid and oxytricarboxylic acid by about 1/5-1/100 in weight ratio to the first component, by spray method or dipping method, which is then heated and dried. Using tin-free steel produced in this method, the adhered can is fabricated by spreading and baking paints, ans fusing and compression-bonding the adhesive, which can maintain a stable adhesion strength even by high temperature treatment after filling with the content.</p> |
