METHOD FOR LINING OF INNER SURFACE OF TUBE

PURPOSE:To shorten working time by adhering lining tube to the whole inner surface of a tube and thereafter press transfering heated liquid to make adhesive agent to necessary uniform thickness by press and accelerate hardening of the adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:After a lining tube or lining sheat element 5 is adhered to the whole inner surface of a tube 2, a flow amount control means 20 is mounted at an end 19 of the side of a vertical rod 4 and an end of the side of a vertical stand 3 is closed by an endplate 21. A ventilation opening 22 is connected to a ventilator 7 and air heated by a heater 23 is transferred under pressure into the tube 5. Inside of the tube is pressed by the heated air until the adhesive agent is hardened. This pressure allows uniform necessary thickness of adhesive agent and protects incomplete connection between the lining tube 5 and the tube 2 occurred by contraction in volume of the adhesive agent and assure the adhesion.
