<p>Cephalosporin derivs. of formula (I), syn isomers, within the scope of the parent patent are new: In (I), R3 is trityl and A is H or Na; or R3 is H and A is H, alkali, alkaline earth, Mg or amine base cation. (I) are antibacterials effective aga against Gram positive and negative species. Specific.
