PURPOSE:To easily obtain a resin tube molded as one body with reinforcing rings on the outside thereof by taking the resin tube out from opened tip end of an outer die after filling up a cavity with the resin while intermittently lowering or stopping the speed of taking out the resin tubes delivered from a mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION:A mouthpiece 2 is attached to the tip end of an extruder 1, and a resin tube P delivered from the mouthpiece 2 is taken out by the aid of a take-out unit 4 through a cooler 3. The mouthpiece 2 consists of an outer die 21 and therein concentrically inserted inner die 22 so that an annular resin passage 23 is therein made up. Speed of taking out the resin tube P is intermittently lowered or stopped, a cavity 211 of an outer die 21 is filled with the resin inside the mouthpiece 2 so that a reinforcing ring P' of the resin tube P is formed. Immediately after the filling up, the take out speed is recovered, divided parts 212 at the tip end of the outer die 21 are vertically opened and the reinforcing ring P' is left from the outer die 21 by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder 213, and then the divided parts 212 is closed.
