<p>PURPOSE:To obtain various types of tablets from small to large size with good workability and accuracy, by taking nickel or nickel alloy plate as the oscillation propagating media and constituting the tablet through exciting winding on the oscillation propagating media. CONSTITUTION:The magnetostriction oscillation plate M ia constituted by taking nickel or nickel alloy plate as raw material, X and Y direction exciting windings WX, WY are wound on each one side of the magnetostriction oscillation plate M, and the magnetic flux shield body K is provided for the windings WX, WY to avoid the leakage of magnetic flux. The plate M is formed in plate shape with rolling or electrodeposition, and this is heat-treated under the temperature of 150 deg.-650 deg.C selectively according to the accuracy requirements of the coordinate reader. Further, the workability of plate M is made excellent to manufacture various coordinate reader tablets from small to large size with high accuracy.</p> |
