摘要 PURPOSE:To secure the data transmission with the highest transmission efficiency by giving the control to the transmission telegram process block to indicate the alteration of the transmission parameter in case the value of the negative answer detection circuit which is read out by the parameter detection circuit with every fixed time is larger than the prescribed level. CONSTITUTION:In case the transmission quality is detected at the transmitter side and in the communication control system which increases the transmission efficiency of the data communication circuit or the like, negative answer counter circuit 3 is started to perform the count-up when the negative answer is detected by negative answer detection circuit 2 out of the telegram received at telegram reception process block 1. On the other hand, timer circuit 4 starts parameter alternation detection circuit 5 with every fixed time, and thus circuit 5 reads out the value of circuit 3. And in case the value read out is larger than the prescribed level, transmission telegram process block 6 is controlled to indicate the alteration for the transmission parameter as well as reset circuit 3. As a result, the quality of the data communication circuit can be confirmed at the transmitter side and with every fixed time, thus ensuring the data transmission with the highest transmission efficiency for the transmission quality of each time.
