Test device for quartz watch - picks up sound of moVement and displays deviation in seconds per day

The watch to be adjusted is placed on the tester which picks up the sound of the movement. A second pick up in an additional box may be used for comparison. A display can be selected to show the desired function. In particular it can display the deviation in seconds per day to the nearest hundredth of a second. The tester can be used with frequencies from 32kHz up to the megahertz region. A knob is provided for adjusting the sound level. The pick-up is arranged so that it supports both the watch and its strap.
