<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a cabinet at a low cost and facilitate to form a pattern on the frontage by simultaneously performing the formation of a reinforcement part and the fixation of a bottom plate to the main body of the cabinet by employing a reactive injection forming method. CONSTITUTION:The material 34 of the main body of a cabinet lined with an ornamental thin-film sheet 29 on one side thereof and provided with grooves for bending on the other side as well as a bottom plate 35 are mounted along the inner surface of an outer-periphery frame board 36. Next, the metal molds being closed, reactive resin is injected by an injector to form a parts-fitting member 51, a corner- reinforcing part 52 and a front design-ornamental pattern 50A' on the material 34 and concurrently to stick and fix the bottom plate 35 to the material 34. Moreover, the cabinet prepared by the metal molds herein mentioned can be provided with irregular and complex ornamental patterns. For instance, while a semicircular concave 50B being provided as the pattern on the surface of an ornamental block 31, a semicircular swelling pattern 50B' is formed on the front ornamented part of the material 34 of the main body of the cabinet.</p> |
