<p>PURPOSE:To rotate a junction pipe shaft without trouble even when dust, etc., are mixed in supply air by rotatably piercing the junction pipe shaft of a rotary cup for atomizing paint into a metal bearing body incorporated rotatably inside a bearing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The junction pipe shaft 2 whose end is connected with the rotary cup A to atomize paint by means of static electrocity and jet air is rotatably pierced into the metal bearing shaft 2 incorporated rotatably inside the bearing cylinder 1. The rotary cup A is turned through the motor shaft 20, and a paint is supplied through the pipe 25 and also air is supplied through the outer ring groove 4 and the inner annular groove 6 of the metal bearing body 2 and also through the hollow portions 9 and 16 from the air intake 8. Thus, even when dust, etc., mixed in air from the air intake 8 and thereby blocking occurred between the metal bearing body 2 and the bearing cylinder 1 or the junction pipe shaft 3, no trouble occurs for the rotation of the junction pipe shaft 3.</p> |
